Charles Schomaker was the creator of this design "Turning Out of the Circle"  The inspiration was a comment heard describing someone or something not normal - taken apart and reconstructed in a conventional fashion to suit others.

Charles’ design was kinetic and consisted of two parts.  Set on a table were two upright arrangements created of large bamboo stalks set in a bed of moss and featuring tropical flowers, foliages and orchids.  Suspended above the arrangements was a balanced free form structure of river cane which rotated just above the bamboo arrangements.
