Quinn Anne Kyle has spent many years studying art and working in the floral industry before opening her own business “Quinn in the City”, located in the City Market in Northwest Portland. Quinn won the Jim McComb Memorial Scholarship to attend the Pacific Northwest College of Arts in 1982.
