The first design that you saw as you entered the exhibit was "Power Tower" by Erik Witcraft.

Erik's inspiration for this design was the Eiffel Tower.  Towering sculptures represent strength, freedom, power and knowledge in this world.  Art maintains a visual esthetic while retaining a relationship or visual meaning that allows the viewer to relate.  This sculpture relays that connection between man and his hunger for power.  The orb symbolizes man and his ever present challenging climb to the top of life.
