This Residence Inn is located on the banks of the Willamette River in Portland's RiverPlace District.   The Residence Inn is designed for extended stays and each spacious suite in the hotel has a fully equipped kitchen plus many of the comforts of home.   This Inn has a special rate for floral Design Students which you must request when making your reservation.  The rate is $133 per night for a short stay and $129 per night for a long term stay.  You need to contact the hotel directly to make your reservsations.  This hotel is located at the newest stop on the Portland Streetcar line, which connects the hotel with all of Portland's downtown neighborhoods and the Floral Design Institute Learning Center. 

This hotel is located 3.2 miles from the Learning Center; requires a four block walk and a delightful 30 minute streetcar ride.
